This week I need to behave myself, and not eat to much or drink to much coke.
As the weekend will be a bit fat.
With christmas and all.
So yes, need to watch myself, so I have leeway

i’m a size 16 right now
all I want to change is that I become a size 14?
i don’t want to be ‘skinny’
i’m not attracted the skinny girls
this is not a ‘dont eat or youll be gross’ blog
i like food
i am not going to ever stop having my wednesday pizza and a daily can of coke
this is just so i can keep track of my weight loss and exersice
Okay, so the serious work wont start until the new year.
Because everyone knows christmas is a bitch for food and laziness.
But yeah, I have started just little things.
And when January kicks in, i’m going to go all out.
Need to fit into those jeans I bought the other week.

I’m starting to get to the point where I wanna drop a few LBs. And I know this shit is hard to do, if you don’t keep focused, keep track and get good support. So I’m gunna blog my progress and little bits of info I find. And hopefully get some nice support from the people of tumblr.
